Introduction

The Wheel Hub Automatic Eddy Current Testing Equipment is used to conduct eddy current inspection on the radial surface of aircraft wheel hubs in a fully – automatic manner.

Function

It can carry out fully automatic eddy current inspection of aircraft wheel hubs. It has built – in commonly used part numbers and self – learning capabilities, and can realize the functions of automatic defect alarm, automatic positioning, and automatic back – testing.

Technical Parameter

Eddy Current Meters and Probes:

GE’s Mentor EM eddy – current meter, specialized eddy – current test probes, and standard test blocks.

Operating Parameter:

Platform Rotation Speed: 0 – 120 rad/min.

The range of driveable hub sizes is from Φ150mm to Φ750mm.

Maximum Loading Mass: 100 kg.

Probe Vertical Steps: The probe steps along the Z – axis by no more than 6 mm.

Probe Detection Speed control: 0 to 2 m/s.

Hub Rotation Control: 0 – 120 rad/min, with stepless speed regulation.

Data Storage: Capable of storing 20,000 wheel inspection records.
