Brake Leak Tester

Introduction

The function of the brake leak tester is to conduct leak tests on fusible plugs in aircraft wheels.

Function

The brake leak tester is connected to the test part via the quick – plug test interface. When the test bench hatch door is closed, the test part is immersed in the test bench sink. The test stand supplies gas to the tested part through the quick – plug interface and provides LED backlighting behind the sink for observing the leakage of the tested part.

Technical Parameters

Medium：

GAS: Industrial nitrogen, minimum pressure 2.5 MPa.

Liquid: Deionized water.

High – pressure test pressure shall not exceed 400 psi.

Pressure：

Low – pressure test pressure should not exceed 30 psi.
