ATS Test Stand
Profile
The ATS test stand is specifically designed for conducting comprehensive tests on air turbine starters, including electrical overspeed test, power test, maximum torque test, acceleration test, etc. It consists of four distinct sub-units: machine driven system unit, lubricating oil system unit, main gas system unit, and measurement and control system unit. This test stand is fully capable of meeting the testing requirements stipulated by the CMMs, ensuring reliable and accurate test results for air turbine starters.
The test bench can complete following test:

(2)Power test
(3)Maximum torque test
(4)Acceleration test of air starter
Features
Two Flywheel
Primary Eddy – current Braking System (Non – contact)
Secondary Disc Braking System – Actuation by Oil Pressure, More Reliable. The system offers the following advantages:
Less wear and tear (carbon dust, pollution);
Less frequent replacement of brake pads;
Less variation in the moment of inertia of the flywheel due to less wear and tear;
Multiple pads and multiple flywheels give a wide range of moments of inertia.
