Lubricating Oil Pump Test Bench

Introduction

The oil pump test bench is mainly used for running-in operation, ground performance, high altitude performance, relief valve test, oil interruption test, pressure circulation test and life test before the product leaves the factory.

The lubricating oil pump test bench comprises a main test bench, a lubricating oil supply system, a lubricating oil return system, a transmission system (including the drive motor), a lubricating oil temperature control system, a lubricating oil self-cleaning system, a nitrogen pressurization and air vacuum system, an electrical control system, a data acquisition system, test software, and an operation control panel. It is primarily used for performance testing of lubricating oil pumps.

• Power supply: voltage 380V, three-phase, 50 Hz (± 10%);
• Maximum power: about 50KW;
• Ambient temperature: room temperature (20 ℃~ 35 ℃);
• Relative humidity: 20%~ 80%.
• Cooling water: minimum pressure 3bar, temperature ≤ 20 ℃, flow rate not less than 200L/min.
• Compressed air: 6bar (minimum), 100NL/min.
