The rotary hydraulic test section must meet the static and dynamic characteristic test requirements for the mechanical pump, hydraulic motor, electric pump, and power transfer unit (PTU) listed in CMM. The test items should include at least the following: running – in operation, pressure – resistance test, circulation and external leakage test, internal leakage test, start – up pressure test, blockage test, outlet pressure adjustment, start – up torque and running torque test, start – up current test, and consumption current test.

The automatic test program is optional, and the test procedures can be programmed in accordance with CMM requirements.

Function

  • The hydraulic interface includes one ultra-high pressure interface (10000 psi), one high pressure interface (5000 psi), one high pressure interface with backup pressure adjustment (5000 psi) (can be active or passive backup pressure), two large flow low pressure interfaces with automatic backup pressure adjustment, and two small flow oil return interfaces with automatic backup pressure adjustment;
  • The ultra-high pressure interface (10000 psi) uses a gas-driven pump or an electric pump to supply pressure, and the hydraulic source and sensor can be shared with the servo valve/servo actuator test section;
  • With hydraulic motor mechanical load function;
  • With PTU speed measurement probe;
  • The high-pressure oil supply pipeline has a shock absorption function to reduce system noise and prevent vibration transmission;
  • Two high-pressure interface (5000 psi) oil circuits can be internally switched, with flow detection function;
  • Two small flow oil return pipelines with flow detection function;
  • All interface lines have oil filters with filter element clogging alarm function;
  • All interfaces have pressure detection function and oil temperature detection function;
  • With automatic oil collection, filtration, pump back to the tank function;
  • With oil contamination detection sampling port;
  • Capable of manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic testing of the tested part in cooperation with the data collection and processing part.

Feature

Designed with a separated structure to enable the function module to work independently. Designed modularly to make the test stand highly integrated. Designed with an integrated hydraulic fluid circuit to reduce pipe connections, improve reliability, and make it easy to maintain. The software function can be programmed as required and can be controlled automatically. Equipped with an independent self – circulating system, the filtering class 4 – 10  can be achieved as required of CMM.
