Tire Inflator & Safety Cage

Introduction

The Tire Inflator & Safety Cage is used to monitor the inflation of aircraft wheels to a specified pressure and has an anti – overfill function. In the event of an accidental tire blowout, it can effectively prevent injury to personnel or other equipment.

Function

The tire inflator & safety cage controls the pressure of the air supply to the input device via a pressure – relief valve, monitors the tire inflation pressure in real – time using a pressure sensor, and is precisely controlled by a control strategy integrated into the PLC controller. This enables the wheels to be inflated to the specified pressure in the shortest possible time. The equipment offers a touch – screen as the human – machine interface. With this interface, users can select the part number, specify the pressure, and can also observe the air pressure in the tube, set the air pressure and tire pressure, and other information in real – time.
