Bearing Cleaning Machine

Introduction

The bearing cleaning machine relies on high – pressure water jets to clean the surface of the work piece. It is mainly used to clean aircraft wheel hub bearings, but it can also clean bearings of similar size and other parts.

Function

The bearing cleaning machine is located at the bottom of the machine tank. The storage tank contains cleaning agent and cleaning water. The user can heat the inside of the tank as needed (with a maximum temperature of up to 70 ℃). The cleaning water is pressurized by a multi – stage vertical centrifugal pump and sprayed through a set of cleaning nozzles at different angles to clean the workpiece.

There are 8 bearing baskets inside the machine, capable of placing 8 bearings with outside diameters ranging from 30mm to 220mm. The grease and carbon can be completely removed within 2 minutes after starting the cleaning program, and the whole process, from putting in the bearings to blowing them dry and taking them out, takes only 8 minutes.
