Non-rotating hydraulic test stand is designed to perform post-overhaul of hydraulic  cylinders, load, control, servo valves, servo actuators and components to acquire and plot flow vs. pressure  drop, flow and pressure gains, proof pressure, internal leakage, cracking pressure and general performance  characteristics. It is comprised of a main high pressure 4-way servo valve circuit, secondary supply, and return  circuit utilizing return leakage flowmeters. When interconnected to external hydraulic supply, the high pressure  systems are nominally capable of up to 50 gpm and pressures up to 5000 psi. System components have been selected for their performance characteristics when used with phosphate ester hydraulic fluids, such as Skydrol.

Feature

The test stand is designed with a separated structure. The pump station is designed with an open layout for easy maintenance.

The test stand consists of loading fuel/hydraulic fluid, hydraulic station, test bench, control cabinet, measurement and control cabinet, and power cabinet. The upper computer communicates with the control cabinet and the measurement and control cabinet via Ethernet. The control cabinet receives orders to perform UUT open – loop and closed – loop tests. The measurement and control cabinet receives orders to provide loading control. The fuel/hydraulic fluid supply pressure can be manually adjusted by the measurement and control cabinet.
