The fuel manifold test bench mainly obtains the flow rate and distribution uniformity of the fuel manifold by measuring the flow rate of each nozzle on the fuel manifold.

Structure

It consists of the main body of the equipment, the fuel oil supply system, the pressure regulation system, the fuel oil return system, the fuel cooling system, the fuel manifold flow distribution uniformity measurement system, the compressed air system, the exhaust device, the electrical control and testing system, etc.

The oil-gas mixture is separated by an oil-gas separator or other equipment with similar functions, and is discharged into the atmosphere after meeting relevant standards.
• The number of measurement units is adjustable.
